$100 (non-refundable) registration fee due with completed registration form (Forms available in the church office or by clicking here)Â
Medical Form (Medical form available in the church office or by clicking here) with proof of physical exam, vaccinations, lead screening, and TB Assessment. Along with a certified copy of the child's birth certificate are due the first day of school
Class sizes are limited to 15 students

Meets Tuesday and Thursday

Open to children ages 3-5 years old as of September 1st who are toilet trained or have special permission from the Director.
26-27 Tuition: $1,620/year or 9 payments of $180, due on 1st of the month.
Three-Day Class
Meets Monday / Wednesday / Friday
